All those people keep a transparent and differentiated attitude when operating in the leasing market, through direct negotiation with the units´ owners, without using middlemen, and dealing with exclusive and legalized units. After years of experience operating almost exclusively with multinational corporation´s officers and employees, the Q&A´s directors understood that that was not always the best option for real estate leasing, and today P&B deals with a more exclusive market, with clients that look for a more personalized attendance. We do not operate outside the real estate field any longer, have abandoned completely the reallocation of expatriates, and, rather, we have focused our attention in attending owners of luxury houses/apartments.
Precisely for attending so well, without any other area of operation than the real estate brokerage, we have been able to keep the largest file of options of luxury units in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro. Consequently, we have a large portfolio of residences to offer to our clients, which is their main interest.
Thus, we have a very healthy virtuous circle: we attend well, so we have many options, and so we work faster than our competitors. That´s the spirit of work in our firm: productivity and speed for all.
